One of our Clients based in Munich is currently looking for an experience AHD Consultant/CA Service Desk Manager. The Successful candidate will be brought on for a 6 Month Contract starting November 2nd and requires the following expertise.
5+ Years of Implementation experience in CA Service Desk Manager/Unicenter Service Desk
Strong Knowledge in CA Service Desk APIs and Sound knowledge in CA SDM Web services
Knowledge of ITIL service management processes
Good experience in business consulting and technical consulting
I require German speaker
candidate has to be techno functional expert, .
Good to have PERL, PHP, JAVA
Level of experience: Overall experience 5 to 10 years with minimum of 5 years in required skills.
Certification: ITIL Foundation certified
