We are looking for an ITSM Developer with 3+ years experience in CA Service Desk, PAM, Spel Code, Web Services, Java Script etc for a long term onsite opportunity for our client in Qatar.

Description:

Implementing the new enhancements upon business requirement in CA Service Desk, Developing Business workflows using IT PAM and Creating Service Management Reports for Various Teams using Business intelligence.

Responsibilities:

·         Enhancement of Service Request Management in CA Service Desk Manager.

·         Enhancements of Change Management, new Simplified Change Request form Group for Support Analysts.

·         Enhancement in Self Service Change Request for Employee CR/ SQA Employee.

·         Implementation of security for Sensitive data in CA Service Desk.

·         Implementation of Notifications in CA Service Desk Manager.

·         Development Business Workflow Process (Application Transfer, New Virtual Server Request Process and Enhancement of Standard Database Process).

·         Creating custom Operators using SOAP Web Services in IT PAM.

·         Development of SQL Server Views to use as a source in Business Intelligence Crystal reports.

·         Creating Service Management Reports using CA Business intelligence.

·         Upgraded current 12.6 SDM to 14.1
