Experience: 3+ years
Work location: Pune, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad
· Understanding and Working knowledge of CA Service Desk Manager r12.x (Experience on CASDM r12.7 & r12.9 Preferred)
· Should have strong knowledge of ITSM Tools like CA SDM, CA ITPAM, CA EEM, CA Service Catalog
· Good troubleshooting skills on CA SDM, CA ITPAM, CA EEM
· Should have knowledge on CA SDM Administration, Customization, Configuration and Implementation.
· Should have knowledge on SPEL, Macro's, triggers related to CASDM.
· Knowledge on AD, Networking, Clustering and High Availability concepts.
· Should have knowledge on concept of Multi-tenancy. Working knowledge would be an added advantage.
· Proficient in Java Scripting and html coding.
· Architectural knowledge of CA Service Desk Manager, CA Service Catalog.
· Solid troubleshooting skills
· 5 years of experience of ITSM products with at least 3 years of experience of CA SDM.
· Should be clear in concepts of ITIL. ITIL Certification would be preferred.
· This role will primarily support two specific efforts. The primary effort is to support the CASDM / CA SC environment. The secondary is to provide support services to other CA solutions as time permits.
