$58 an hour - Contract

W2 CONTRACT ONLY - NO Subcontracting

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, design, and lead the development of automations to support continuous integrations, continuous testing, and continuous deployments.
  • Maintain existing and work on new customizations for all environments.
  • Prepare Release documentation for all releases.
  • Maintain and upgrade current SDLC Process and comply with all customer requirements.
  • Maintain client feature systems including expanding on basic functionality and workflow as needed.
  • Assist with build out of Critical Business Service Management for both Change Impact and Operational Impact.
  • Work with other team members to cooperatively design, develop and deploy quality solutions in order to satisfy project objectives and client requirements
  • Provide guidance and training to less experienced CA systems and tools administrators.
  • Manage multiple environments in staging and production; maintain and track the resources and their dependencies
  • Lead upgrade efforts and take a lead in evaluating and advising on additional process improvements and tools that will reduce release time and improve build quality.

Technical Skills and Experience Requirements:

  • Understanding of IT Business Service Management.
  • 5 years of working experience with CA Service Desk, IT PAM, EEM and CA CMDB.
  • Familiarity in MS SQL Database tables a plus.
  • Familiarity in CA Remote tools a plus.
  • Understanding and experience with 3rd party tool integrations.
  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) a must.
  • Confluence Experience is plus

Education and Interpersonal Skill Requirements:

  • BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems is required; advanced technical degrees is a plus
  • A professional certification in an information security domain is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Strong potential for growth and acceptance of additional responsibilities
  • Desire to take initiative to communicate, interact and cooperate with others
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and independently

MUST HAVE:

  • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) a must. (5 years)

  • CA Service Desk (5 years)
  • Understanding and experience with 3rd party tool integrations (ServiceNow) (5 years)
