Customize Ticket Creation

Hi,

 

 

We are trying to generate ticket based on the model handle of the global collection so that they can be easily categorized.I have tried with the following line of statement in the service-desk-ticket-congif.xml file in custom folder,But unable to get the result

 

 

<sd-ticket>

<model-attribute>

<attr-id>0x129fa</attr-id> <!-- attribute ID for model handle -->

<value>0x3000bc</value> <!-- model handle attribute value -->

</model-attribute>

<sd-problem-type>SPECTRUM_PT</sd-problem-type>

<sd-userid>IN_TCS</sd-userid>

</sd-ticket>

 

 

Kindly help me on this.
