A customer just called in to discuss a problem about the Relationship View on APM 9.7.
As we know the traditional “map views” lack a time dimension, so the APM admin cannot tell which alerts triggered first and which alerts are side effects of the original problem.
So I recommended the customer look at the new APM 10.0 release. With APM Team Center Perspectives & Timeline plus Differential Analysis the user can quickly triage application problems.
