How long should your case be viewable on CA Support Online following its closure?

During a recent webcast there was a concern that issues/cases may not be viewed by customers after the case has been closed. On CA Support Online, cases remain viewable by the customer/site that reported the case for minimally three years after the case has been closed. Is this a long enough period? As part of the Improving the Customer Experience initiative, we want to know what you think!
