What add-in or connector represents the least value to your organization?
For example, its functionality does not apply to your business, your organization does not use it now, and has absolutely no plans to use it.

We would love a connector to CA Service Desk Manager that passes time data back in to Clarity from the SD tickets (for example, time spent on Incidents added to users Break/Fix investment in their timesheet), but unfortunately the current connector does not meet this need.
