We've been doing online chat sessions -- we're calling them "Office Hours" now -- in several of our communities. It's a simple set up -- we get members of the product marketing, support, documentation and education team together for an hour for an online chat (delivered via WebEx). Customers can come in, ask questions and get answers straight from the experts.
We ask that you don't discuss support cases, but plenty of other questions are fair game -- general product questions, best practices, common issues, technical content or scenarios, upcoming releases, etc.
Typically we do them monthly, for an hour. Would you be interested in attending one of these sessions around the products covered in the DevTest community? We'd probably do them by product and rotate them monthly.
