What datacenter are you pointing to? We were having the same issue with the Santa Clara datacenter. Had Broadcom redirect us to the Seattle datacenter and seemed to fix the issue.
"Whitelist" where please? We have been experiencing this across thousands of endpoints for some weeks now. Please clarify what whitelist you are describing. Thanks Todd
