The issue was that the password did actually have special characters. I had to change it to only numbers, letters, and capitals letters. Once I did that, LDAPS directory synchronization completed successfully.
Hi, We're running Symantec Encryption Server 3.4.2 MP4. We currently have Directory Sync set up using LDAP over port 389 and it's working fine. I'm looking to switch to LDAPS on port 636 but I'm getting an error:
