Spectrum 9.2 Service Pack SP03 (aka 9.2.3 and H10) is now available.

Customers can download from two sources;

Is ftp restricted in your site?

The same is available from support.ca.com -> download center.

Can you confirm for me that the ISO DVD12135320E.iso on the support site is the same software as the H10 exe file on the ftp site?
(That is to say that it is a patch upgrade and NOT a full installation)

What would be really nice is if CA could give their ISO images more meaningful names.
It isn't always that easy to cross reference the image numbers to what the software actually is.

Just a thought.

I saw the SNMP traps are came in the Ca Spectrum Oneclick, I can see those. Could you just tell me in steps, what I have to do next to
convert them into meaningful Alerts. (I guess, its configuration from Navigator).

Good feedback about the "cryptic" ISO names. Let me work this with my team and get back to this group
I know there is a reason for having that name (doesn't mean we should not change), but as I said, let me review this with the team

Has anyone had any issues installing H10?

My SpectroServer (only) installation worked fine but my One-Click (only) server installation claims to be successful but after a reboot of the server I get a fatal error and I am unable to launch the OC Console.
The log files don't give me any information to suggest what the problem is.


As a side note: On Linux I was unable to install from the ISO on the download section for H10 but the .txe file from the FTP site worked.

I have made several download attempts and always get a number that is different to the one you have posted.

I am experiencing issues installing H10 on a One-Click only Linux server. The install claims to be successful but when I try to start a OC Console Client - I get a fatal error.

I have a ticket raised with support.

Did you get any resolution from support on the OneClick problem ? I found TEC576363 on the support site referencing this kind of problems - unfortunately the document is incomplete and even with the workaround suggested there still are errors in the OC logs - albeit the server is now starting and the console can be opened.
