SPM Https test Time Out

Hello list !

I have been testing the HTTP and HTTPS tests of Service Performance Manager and i cannot configure correctly a HTTPS test, i always get the TIME OUT ERROR

I found these tech documents but dont help me.

In the pdf of "Service Performance Manager" explain "How to Add Debugging Information to a Timeout Event" and i get this error
