Trying to upload a Crystal Report to Clarity via the InfoView application.
I can run the report successfully from the Crystal Report applciation.
    -
When I delete the Parameter fields - the report uploads into Clarity via the
BO InfoView application just fine. See attachement for the two (2) Paramters
    and their settings.
    -
When the Parameter fields are poart of the report I get the error below. >>>
    -
Adding Crystal Report "DeltaScorecardReportV06.rpt" failed. The server with
kind rptappserver returned an error result. Failed to copy the report file to
the report object. Refreshing the report object properties might have failed.

    Hi All,

Any ideas here for Stephen? You might also want to try posting to the Business Objects Message Board if that's appropriate here.

    Thanks!

there was a combination of issues that casued this issue.
    -
    (1) I did not have all of the necessary access rights on the InfoView / CMC applciation.
THANKS to CA Support Level 1 and Level 2 - they fixed this issue.
    -
    (2) The Crystal Report Parameter was set as a DYNAMIC value - instead of a STATIC valiue.
Changing the Parameter from DYNAMIC to STATIC resoved the issues.
    -
    (3) When I got the initial error in uploading the report in InforView - I have to "log out" and "Log Back In" to clear the InfoView Application Cached and what ever was held in memory.
After logging out and back in again the report upload successfully (Happy Happy)

My PC us under power and once I closed out all "unnecessary applciations" (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, etc) the results were less "problematic".
