Hi, has anyone been able to successfully detach (save locally on the ITPAM Orchestrator) an attachment from a CA Service Desk incident via SOAP or any other method?
I've been unsuccessfully trying to do this for a while now via a combination of methods including copying the file from the SDM Attachment Repository (native ITPAM Operators don't support UNC paths).
Any help / direction would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Tim,
Unfortunately that thread is for attaching files to SDM. What I'm trying to do is extract all the attachments associated with a ticket to an Orchenstrator where I can deal with them.
Regards,
Kevin.
