Clarity Upgrade 13.0.1 to 13.1

Hello everyone! I'm having a problem upgrading Clarity from v13.0.1 to v13.1. It stops the upgrade because of duplicate entries within the CMN_GRIDS table while trying to create a unique index. I found within the table are two identical records except for the id field being unique, all other values match each other.

I'm assuming this table should not have duplicate entries?

Unfortunately I can't copy and paste the results since it's on a closed network.
