Proces Engine Issue

Hi All,

We have been constantly facing this issue over the past 6 months, where we keep getting 'Socket Write Error' in the logs and the Process Engine stops, we manually retry all processes that have errored out. We have also observed that at times the last hear beat increases as desired, but the status of the Engine is 'Undertermined'

We followed a KB article and ensured the following.

"Change network setting on the switch from Automatic to Full Duplex. These errors disappeared after the network administrator changed this setting."

Ours is a VM Windows box and we are on Clarity Version 12.0.4.
