Resource Workloads Export to Excel Issue

Hi All,

We got a very interesting issue with the Resource Workloads portlet.

In our company there are some resources who would work only 7.5 hrs /day so we have updated their Availability on the Resource Profile to 7.5

Now, assume there are resources fully allocated i.e.. 100% and then if I run the Resource Workloads portlet to bring the %Avail result, and EXPORT TO EXCEL, after about Row#100 the percentage avail. in the excel shows as 93.75% :O:O:O:blink: whereas on the actual portlet it shows 100%. This does not happen for the initial few rows like 70 to 100 rows :girl:

My portlet settings are this

1. I have selected [color=#eb2424][color]Allocation as the slice
2. In Work Effort Unit of Measure, under the Options sub-page I have selected %Availability

Please see if anyone can replicate it and/or help me with my case. Do I need to raise a CA case?

Regards,
Pankaj
