I am getting this error too.

5/02/12 02:55:50.020 AM EDT [INFO] [main] [Manager] Orderly shutdown complete.

I already have IPv6 disabled but i don't know why it is still being detected.

    I have installed:
Enterprise Manager Release 9.1.0.0 (Build 581006)
    Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise

    Any help is appreciated.
    Thanks.

have you tried disabling IPV6 and then trying it out .. use the registry fix to disable IPV6 .. search google for "how to disable IPV6 in windows 2008" and you should find it ...

    Closing discussion.

    Likely cause is misconfigured realms.xml.
