CABI 3.2 WEBI Process Fails very often - Has anyone faced a similar problem

Hello All,
We have recently migrated from Clarity 12.0.6 to 12.1.3 and moved from Actuate to CABi reporting.
Very often we could see that the WEBI process fails with a RPT 002 Report Engine cannot be initialised Error.
When we have a look at the logs in the Application & Reports Server logs - All we could see is Report server failed to initialise / Server stopping due to inactivity timeout.

Has anyone faced a simialr issue? Or is it due to some known error / user activity?
Should we be doing something to minimise this failure? We are having to manually restart the WEBI process via CMC which I think shouldnt be the ideal way :blink:
