For customers who are utilizing the CA Productivity Accelerator (CA PA) as your content development platform to create all your readiness training and production support materials, you will want to move to CA PA v11.1 as you upgrade to Clarity v13.x. If you are current on maintenance you will find CA PA v11.1 and any standard content you purchased in the newest release of Clarity in the Download Center on CA Support at support.ca.com. If you need any assistance you can contact CA Support two ways:

Visit http://support.ca.com to open a ticket and place it in the PVGSC GSC S 1 queue.
