Invalid parameter file created for the remote exchange agent

The following is regarding a system running Identity Manager 12.5 SP12. The provisioning manager and connector servers are running on Windows 2008 64 bit servers.

The Exchange connector creates a parameter file that gets sent to the CA remote exchange agent on one of our exchange servers, which in turn creates a PowerShell command. Has anyone experienced an issue where that parameter file is not created correctly?
