Prior to our Clarity install, it was our practice to enter issues/risks/changes via lists in SharePoint. Entry was performed by ALL project team members (including customers from the business) not just the Project Managers. Because of licensing, it doesn't appear that this practice will work for us in Clarity. I would be interested in getting information from any sites that have integrated issues/risks/changes from SharePoint into Clarity or can point me toward documentation that speaks to this. Currently we are on Clarity v12.1 and SharePoint 2007 (2010 in the near future).
