I restored a backup form a 12.1.0.5840 system on WIn 2003 32 bit to another well workign system and can't access the system or nsa.
The services do start.
The JAVA_HOME, NIKU_HOME are OK and the tomcat folder is as specified during insta..

In the system logs there is

Launching a JVM...

I've seen
SEVERE: An incompatible version 1.1.7 of the APR based Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat requires version 1.1.17
on other systems, but the ywork without any other apparen problems.

Where from might

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The string "--" is not permitted within comments.

come?
Apparently it did not come from the restored backup.

How to fix the problem?
