Clarity 13.1 error on 32 Bit machine

Hi All,

Is anyone able to Upgrade to Clarity 13.1 successfully on the 32 bit machine?

Clarity 13.0 successfully inistalled on 32 bit machine. While upgrading to 13.1, got below error.

Please advise if some one able to upgarde to 13.1 or seen these errors.
