Clarity Team Organization

We are currently in the process of expanding our user base - from 700 users to 2500 users and are looking at how to revamp the structure of our team. I wanted to know the org structure for Clarity teams at other companies. We use Resource Management, Time Entry, Project Management and Demand Management and shortly will be using portfolios and financials.

We currently have three administrators who did most things. Someone is the primary for backend and someone is the primary for front end but other than that we all do everything.
