Best practice for hiding documents in Clarity

Hello Clarity Community!

I'm looking for ideas for the best way to hide documents in Clarity V12.

Using permissions in the Project Collaboration Folder was too hard since any Resource Manager can add participants and individual resource permissions for folders & documents didn't seem to "stick" in my testing.

I then thought the best way for a small group (5-6 people) might be the Knowledge Store.

I wanted to see if anyone knows if the permission "Knowledge Store - Administrate" is the only global permission that would allow anyone to override resource-level permission to specific sub-folders in the Knowledge Store. So, if I can control who has that permission (only the Clarity Administrator) then the hidden documents should be 100% safe.

Any other ideas or experiences would be most welcomed!

Thank you.
