Are you using Agent Filters?
Also, do you see any of your recorded transactions appear when doing Transaction Inspection on the TIM? You can verify this by navigating to your TIM (http://<TIM_ADDRESS>/cgi-bin/wily/packages/cem/tim/index), selecting View Tim Transaction Inspection, setting the appropriate filters, and then clicking Start. If the TIM is able to recognize transaction, it will show which ones were matched on this page. If you still don't see data in CEM, that means the problem is not with your transaction definitions, but with some part of your CEM, Business Application, or Business Service configuration.
