  • 1.  Clarity MSP from V13.0 via SSO .

    Hi,

    We're trying to get the MSP interface from Clarity 13.0.

    MSP Interface works fine , if we open project via NON-SSO URL.

    While same project gives "Unknown login failure." error via SSO URL.

    Do We need to do any additional setting to work with SSO URL.

    Hello Deepak,

    Open MSP locally and then click on "Clarity Integration" then click on SETUP button

    In the above message dialog appears an option SET MODE or something like that

    Try changing mode to SSL HANDING / FULL

    That covers the ssl/https part but you may need to enter the other fields with the same data which you have on you browser proxy setting which take you to the Clarity GUI.
