Unable to run BO Reports or Jobs

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded to v13.1, we are facing an issue with 'Reports and Jobs'.

When we try to run a Report , the report takes logner to execute and finally redirects to 'Scheduled Reports' Page where no instance of the report is created. I tried flushing the caches files but the same behaviour.

Sometimes running the report gives the below error.
"RPT-0009: Report did not complete in the stipulated time. Please try modifying the filter or schedule the report and view later from the Report Library."

Even if I try to run any job, the job just shows processing and doesnot proceed further.

When i checked the BG log for the same it shows the below error message.

"niku.blobcrack (clarity:admin:85638570__156BD257-783E-4598-9A7B-2C07DCF2291E:Time Slicing) Exception during blobcrack process
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space"



The current JVM parameters for the App : -Xmx2048m -Xms2048m -XX:MaxPermSize=192m -Dsun.lang.ClassLoader.allowArraySyntax=true
BG JVM Parameters : -Xmx1024m -Djava.io.tmpdir=c:\javatmp
