May i know what will be the memory requirement for installing java apm agent in servers ?

do you know what is the requirement of your app?
so the requirement is the one your app has plus at least 200mb more perhaps 300 or 400

Physical memory consumption for a simple Java Application's Agent is ~270MB

All of the suggestions are dependent upon the level of autoprobing you choose to do with the agent.
We also suggest that you increase your heap by at least 1GB if you plan on using LeakHunter.
So again, you need to take the time to do some testing to determine the level of monitoring you deem sufficient for monitoring in your environment. If you need help with determining that, please contact your CA sales or Services team.
