Open for Time Entry and missing Timesheet

Hello,

We have a scenario where the users are coming in the missing time sheet due to their start date.

We a have integration from our HR system where the Hire date is populated as start date. The issue is sometimes the hire date goes back to 2 yrs back and they are not required to enter time from then onwards due to which they are picked up as Missing timesheet. Other scenario is when a user is closed for time entry and then re opened again for time entry they come up a missing time sheet.

Has anyone faced this issue and any ideas hoe to handle this.
