Hi All,

I have created some custom operators on Out-of-box lrel fields and on custom lrel fields of service desk using "Base Interface" Operator.

Operator which are created on Custom fields require Session ID while Operator created on OOB field doesn't require a session ID.

Any idea why it is so?

The OOTB Operators will use the ServiceDesk Module properties (if configured), whereas the Custom Operators that you are creating are technically outside of the ServiceDesk Module operator set. Therefore, it does not look at the properties of the ServiceDesk Module and requires either username/password or sessionID.
