Hello,
i am beginner , we want to test the features of the CA Catalog and how it would fit in to our business.
we have service desk, catalog ,IT PAM and EEM installed.
The requirement is when ever a request created or modified in catalog it should create/modify the same request in service desk.
I came a cross the Integration and implementation guides of service catalog, using IT PAM we can integrate this CA SD and catalog.
Can any one provide me some inputs how to start this.
