Ensuring Successful User Adoption with CA LISA

When you begin to deploy CA LISA to a large group of users you want to ensure you train and support them right the first time so they use the solution the way you intended. We typically lose up to 70% of what we learn from a training class if we don’t apply it within two weeks. So, how do not only you train your users before you go live but also support them after you go live to ensure they get the help they need when they have a question in the live application? With the CA Productivity Accelerator (CA PA) you can create content once and then publish it as training materials for pre-go live training and support materials that can be used as a cue card that the user pops up on top of the live application when they have a question about a task they are doing right at that moment. You can think of it as just-in-time support that actually hovers right on top of the live application so they can continue to work as they get the help they need. See how CA PA works in action with the CA LISA solution in this short webex session.
