I attached the picture, please anyone knows What means Total TranSets or Total TranComps? or Where I can find documents about the TIMS Status metrics means?

HI Martin,

TranComp is the total number of HTTP components matching the Transaction Component definition in the TIM, (Component definition is under Business Services > Business Transactions > Transactions > Components)
Transets is the total number of Business Transactions the TIM is able to match , basically every Transets should have one or more TranComp.

I dont think this is documented anywhere ,you can check the Transaction Definition Guide which will your best bet.
