Unable to log in to run reports after upgrading to 12.1

We have upgraded from Clarity 8.1 to 12.1. We have also installed Business Object with that for reporting. However, whenever we try to run any of our Clarity reports, we get an invalid login error. Any suggestions on what to look for?
