My understanding is One of the functionality of ITPAM is to integrate CA products with a third party tools.Does ITPAM helps in transforming the data model of CA products to the third party datamodel?

For Eg:

If CA Service Desk needs to be integrated with MS CRM,Will ITPAM help in transforming data model to CA SD to datamodel of MS CRM.

ITPAM can absolutely integrate with various third party products. There are certain OOTB connectors/operators that are meant to be used with various third-party products. However, if your products do not have a connector, then processes can be built utilizing Javascript to transform data from ServiceDesk's format into the format needed for the third party tool.
