I encountered an oddity. Does anyone know what "alt" means when substituted for hours in an Allocation portlet. The alt appears in a TSV format where we have allocation, etc, actuals.

You likely running into a known bug per the following TEC:
Title: In Timescaled views (TSV) the Allocation field displays 'alt' when the view has ETC or Actuals set as the Secondary value and this field is not populated.
Steps to Recreate:
Assumption: Clarity is setup with information to support datamart running.
Create a month long project.
Add a resource to the project.
Create a week long task.
Assign the resource to the task so they have etc for one week.
Run the two datamart jobs, then timeslice.
Go to the Resource Allocation Detail page.
Change the Allocation TSV to weekly for at least a month, display numbers, add ETC to the Select column, and make ETC the Secondary Value.
Expected Result: To see allocation of 40 hours in each column, and etc of 40 hours in the correct week.
Actual Result: You see 40 hours for allocation and etc in that one column, but the others display alt, and below it 40.00.
Do not set Actuals or ETC as the Secondary Value
