PAM making SOAP calls to https Web Service?  How to add a PKI cert to PAM?

In our ITPAM workflows (v4.1.0) we need to make soap calls into various 3rd-party web services running HTTPS, which have been signed with our own internal corporate PKI certs (not self-signed). When that PKI cert is not installed/referenced, java will complain that a privileged call cannot be made (we have seen this historically independent of ITPAM too). For us the simple solution has always been to import our corporate PKI cert into our java keystore so that the HTTPS calls are able to be trusted.

With ITPAM 4.1.0 running on Win2008R2, where and how do I import our PKI cert so that ITPAM can begin trusting our internal signing authority?

Many thanks!
