When you upgrade your SuperAgent 9.1 to ADA 9.2 or newer and you had LDAP configured on your NPC server to allow users to login into ADA with LDAP, you will need to reconfigure your LDAP settings directly on the ADA server.

Starting with ADA 9.2, there was a new SSO Module introduced that is in line with CAPC's SSO Module. The LDAP configuration for this is not 100% identical to what was used in NPC, so if you have LDAP setup on your NPC those settings may not allow users to directly log in to ADA.

To correct this you must configure LDAP on the ADA server by launching the SSOconfig.exe tool which will be located in \Netqos\Portal\SSO\bin or \CA\Portal\SSO\bin.

When launching the tool, you should make sure you choose the "Local Override" option to make sure the settings apply directly to yoru ADA console server.

You can following the setup directions in the SSO User Guide at the lnk below.
