Hello Friends,

We are integrating SOI with BMC through IT PAM. We have configured the settings as suggested in the integration document. When we try to test the connection to BMC through "TestRemedyServerConnection", the test is failing with the below error:

SOI 3.1

PAM Version is 3.1 SP01

Remedy 7.6 ITIL version

Error:

SOAP invocation failed: java.security.PrivilegedActionException:
com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed

The result on Default Process Watch and the error message are shown below:

remedyEmailSubject SAM-Remedy Gateway failure - Error connecting to Remedy Server WebServices
remedyEmailMessage Remedy WebService [ITPAM_HPD_WorkLog_WS] is unreachable as User [CAsoi]

We could open the below remedy services from IT PAM server
ITPAM_HPD_HelpDesk_WS
ITPAM_HPD_IncidentInterface_WS
ITPAM_HPD_IncidentInterface_Create_WS
ITPAM_HPD_WorkLog_WS

I have tried checking the SOAP connection using the SOAP UI and able to create the ticket in Remedy using the SOAP Projects.

Able to see the below errors in c2o log...

[com.optinuity.c2o.service.serviceoperation.soapserviceoperation.SoapClient]
[bd-89bf6c4dee36] java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed
com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: java.security.PrivilegedActionException: com.sun.xml.messaging.saaj.SOAPExceptionImpl: Message send failed

Have anyone faced the similar issue or could any one throw some light on this?

Thanks in Advance!!!!
Prasanna Kumar
