  • 1.  Subsequent Spectrum Report Manager Installation

    Hi,

    is it possible to install the Report Manager Component on top of an already working OneClick Server?
    My client installed a 9.2.2 Spectrum environment but didn't install OneClick with the Report Manager option set. They now want to have reporting and already installed a BOXI box.

    Can I just run the installer once more to install the missing component, or do I have to uninstall OC and re-install again?

    Any suggestions highly appreciated.

    Hello,
    Yes it is fine to just add SRM on top of your existing OneClick install.
    Using the base 9.2 install media, run the install and add SRM.
    Then rerun the current patch install (check your <specroot>/install-tools/.history to verify your patch version)

    And you should be all set and ready to set up the cabi integration.

    Does this still apply with current versions?  I have a OneClick server running 10.2.3 that I'd like to add Report Manager to, but the checkbox options don't appear when I attempt to re-run the installer.  What am I missing?

    Hi Josh

     

    Are you trying with the 10.2.0 base install media or 10.2.3 upgrade patch media? I believe you must use the 10.2.0 install media first.
