Identity Manager Tasks Stuck In-Progress.

Hi Team,

Most of the Sev1 cases raised have issue that thousands of tasks are in "in progress" state and it's affecting the performance in production.

There is also a tech document which (TEC498092) which explains the possible causes and what to do. But it's helpful at basic level.

Can anyone please explain, how to check the root cause and what not to do (as issue is in production) and what are allowed to do which would be very helpful.
