V13.2 Database Connectivity issue

We are currently conducting an upgrade from our current version of Clarity (12.1.1.8) to Clairty 13.2 in a non-production environment

We've gotten as far as deploying the NSA, and as we attempted the database upgrade, we are getting "unable to login" errors in the admin.log.

We are able to connect though other sources (i.e. the DSN set up in WebSphere, directly via SQL Server Management Studio) using the same credentials that we were using in the CSA.

We are running Websphere 8.5; against SQL Server 2008 R2, we are also using the JDBC SQL Server Drivers that shipped with the v13.2 install media.

We also verified that the user was not set up with a server role of "sysadmin", as documented in

Any other thoughts as to where else we should be looking to remedy this?
