SP2 for NPC is now available either from Support.ca.com product downloads or ftp. ftp://ftp.ca.com/pub/netqos/products/NPC/6.1/SP2/ This release of CA NetQoS Performance Center 6.1 SP2 resolves the following issues: Incorrect filters are displayed for a Group Rule when you attempt to edit the rule. (13743) Adding a '<' to a menu title returns an error: 'invalid attribute character.' (13783) NPC shows blank graphs for Multi-Interface Stacked Protocol trend data from a ReporterAnalyzer data source data for the last 4 hours or more. (13789) The Availability Scorecard does not reflect the data for the previous week. (13835) Changing the time frame shows invalid maximum/percentage rollup values, even at 5-minute resolutions. (13840) Users with the NPC 'user' privilege can add reports that are available to all users. (13842) No ReporterAnalyzer data appears on NPC reports when NetFlow data is available. (13844) Selecting a monthly resolution and navigating backward moves in 30-day increments, rather than by calendar months. (26275) Power user in NPC cannot copy a report from the My Reports menu. (29112) Blank pages appear in emailed and printed PDFs. (29114) Users with the NPC 'user' privilege can see all groups on the Analysis View. NPC SP2 works correctly only for upgrades and when using SP2 for a clean install it will fail to load all the views.
So if doing a clean installation of first install the SP1 revision and then SP2.
