Siebel Error

We have scenario where the user is getting a pop up once the SWSE passes the responses to the Sibel Object manager.

Error:Access is denied to Sibel....User is not authenticated or session is timedout.(But i believe the pop up is not coming from Siteminder end, seems to be a customized error pop up from siebel)

But if Siteminder is not authenticating then we should have some failure logs in Security adapter, which we are not able to see.

Can some one suggest on this.
