IT Process Automation

Hi,

I have an operator (SDM Operator) at PAM that creates a new ticket on SDM.
I try to pass a value with a path (Ex: C:\Program Files\CA\SOI\) on the description and in the field 'Description' I use "<![CDATA[" + <my_variable> + "]]>" and every special characters are correctly passed except the '\'.
Anyone can help me with this?

Is that path in a PAM variable or do you type it out in the description field?

I just tested and got the same results...this looks like a bug in the connector. I'm surprised I haven't run into this before. While I can't think of why it would be, I wonder if something more recent has caused this (I'm running 4.1 SP1).
