SiteMinder Tuning Questions

We are in the process of upgrading to 12.51 from 12 sp3 and I had some tuning questions regarding SiteMinder on Linux. I was planning on moving forward with the exact settings we currently use on Solaris but was wondering if anyone had experience running SiteMinder on Linux that could chime in about what your current configuration is. At this time, here is our current configuration:

Threads = 60
User AZ cache = 50
Connections = 3072

I have read in several posts that you need to be aware of going too high with threads as it may start to cause problems. We may have an issue where one Linux instance may not be able to handle the fail over, but on Solaris it would handle it just fine. The Linux machines are far newer and the specs are much better than the Solaris machines. I'm really just trying to poll the community about current configurations and what the "sweet spot" might be that you have found. I realize every environment is different but it would be nice to see where others are at.
