Business Objects cache

Hi guys,

I have a question regarding the cache on Business Objects. The C: drive on the server where we have Business Objects installed is running low on space and after discussing potential remedies for this we arrived at two possible solutions.

- if possible, delete the cache/redirect where BO is caching data to another drive on the server.

- uninstalling BO from the C: drive altogether and then reinstalling on a drive with much more space to play with.

Obviously performance impact is a critical consideration before implementing either change so I would welcome your thoughts on either method.

If there are any alternative solutions to these ideas I am open to suggestion.
